How do we deliver?

YoungProfs Belgium believes that every individual has his/her own unique talent. All candidates have to undergo an intake procedure. All applicants receive a personal file, based on an online self-development and reflection DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientious) test, their CV and a personal interview. In addition all candidates have the opportunity to present themselves via a short video-clip. On the other hand the wishes, demands and preferences of the client are captured online by means of specific profiling tools. This allows Young Profs Belgium to make the perfect match between the young professionals and the professionals.
