Function Description

The management assistant assists the Sales Manager and the Managing Director. The trainee will be involved in all daily activities at the office. An unique opportunity to learn on the area of purchase, budgetting, cost control and concept development.

 

The trainee is responsible for the F&B purchase of several Hospitality outlets.

  • Stock control
  • Menu engineering
  • Food cost calculation
  • System Control
  • Purchase and deliver procedures
  • Assisting the Sales Manager
  • Assisting the Managing Director
  • Administration
  • Co-operate with development of hospitality concepts
  • Co-operate with sales-plan for the winter of 2012

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Management level traineeship
  • Afinity with Trading, F&B, Hospitality and Tourism is a preference
