The Organization
This hotel and conference centre was established in 1998 with 1 conference and 80 accommodation rooms. From these humbling beginnings, “the client underwent 4 phases of expansion and today boasts 665 accommodation and just over 50 conference rooms. Spanning over 46 acres of land, the client is South Africa’s largest independent hotel & conference centre capable of hosting over 5 000 delegates at once.
Function Description
To assist the hotel and in general the Back Office/ Finance department with the daily operations.
Remuneration

In Gauteng is negotiable - Free meals + House in Kruger that can be used for holidays

Outside Gauteng/Foreigners is negotiable, - Free meals, + Free accommodation. House in Kruger National park that can be used.
Working Conditions

Must be enrolled at an business economics university (of have economics as part of their studies)

Must provide own transport( if accommodation is not provided)

Duties & Responsibilities

Willing to do administrational jobs in either accounts or Front Office ranging from invoicing, recon of admin documents, follow ups on debtors, data capturing etc.

Willing to assist the Reception with operational duties

Willing to assist the other hotel departments if requested
